Snowman Poem Freebie

I love to do a poem of the week!  I find that poems help to regain the attentions of the learners and so we will not only do them during reading and calendar time but also during transitions.  It gives the students a moment to grab their attention.  Here is this weeks poem... one of my favorites!  Click the image to get it for free to send home!  (I send them home on Fridays so that way the kids know them already!)
