About Me
Hi. My name is Jennifer and I live in Glendale, Arizona. I am very excited you stopped by and are taking the time to get to know me!I have taught kindergarten for 8 years but I have also taught 3rd, 4th, and the technology lab. I LOVE kindergarten... that's definitely where my heart is. As a teacher I am very data driven. I keep checklists up the kazoo and I actually use them to drive my instruction! I also believe in Cooperative Learning! It's amazing what kindergartners can do if you just give them a chance!
Personally, I am married and have two son's Braedon and Brody! I am an active mom, a full time teacher, and attempting to blog (etc) and so I don't have time for much else! =) I am the kind of person that if I am not SUPER busy, I am on meds because I can't handle sitting and doing nothing! (It's a blessing and a curse!)

About My Blog
My blog is a place to share ideas with the overall theme of empowering children to be the best they can be! My goal is always to make kids more dependent on themselves and less dependent on me. Problem solving is a huge part to this! I also believe in SHARING which I define as the process of helping others out so they can be the best they can be! Several have asked so I thought I would also explain here... my blog was designed my The Honey Bunch! I LOVE IT and what a professional company! I had a designer (Misty) who helped me figure out how to artistically represent what message I was trying to convey and a designer (Erica) who made it all happen. I have worked with several other blog designers and have to say The Honey Bunch was the best experience I have had customer service wise and design wise!
