Free December Flyers so you can learn about your student’s winter holiday traditions and do some fun projects at school and home. Not going to lie, December is my favorite month to be a kindergarten teacher. There are so many fun activities.
I start December with this free flyer. It is important for me to know what my students celebrate at home. I want to incorporate as many different traditions from my class that I can. I also want my students’ families to know we don’t talk about religion and I will do everything I can to keep kids believing in what they believe in!
From there we send home this Christmas Around the World project. It’s fun to have your students research a country and share what they learn throughout the month. It’s even more impactful if you have students from other countries who can share about where they are from! Super important activity.
