It’s Fall and that means it’s time for pumpkins! What better way to celebrate than by spoiling your teacher friends with this adorable Pumpkin for the Teacher treat!
I have to admit, I don’t cook or bake. My verb is ordered (LOL don’t judge.) But making these yummy treats was super easy with the help of my friend Ashley Whipple’s new book, Super Cute Crispy Treats! It’s filled with adorable and yummy creations that stretch across the year. So I saw the pumpkins and thought to myself, I can make these, attach a cute little tag, and give them to my teacher friends.
I admit, I have only ever made rice crispy treats in the microwave. But it was so simple to follow her directions and they tasted SO much better made her way! But truly, you can make these with any recipe you have, add orange food coloring, form them into a ball, stick a pretzel in them, and you are all ready to go!
Once they were made I had my friend Jenette from A Little Slice of Us help me wrap them up cute, attach the free printable tag, and shoot some pictures to share! (She made some amazing mint ones with chocolate tops… YUM!)
But you don’t have to just use this tag for rice crispy treats! I also picked up some pumpkin soap as gifts for teachers and it fits perfectly!
