How-To Organize Task Boxes in Your Classroom:

Prep task boxes ahead for the week or month in easy-to-store containers such as these pictured below:

Find the skills your students need to work on from the huge variety of activities included in the bundle. Just print, laminate (if needed), and gather materials into that bin.

Use the corresponding tax box labels for an even easier-to-find system. Students can gather their task boxes as they walk in for the day and get right to work! (After lots of modeling and practice, of course!)

Goodbye Morning Work-Hello Task Boxes!

Using task boxes for morning work is a great idea in kindergarten! This helps starts your day with cooperative learning that engages students. Plus it saves you from running to the copy machine every day printing worksheets!

The new task box bundle is organized by month for extra easy prep! Or by theme and skill, so you can pick what’s best for your students!

All of the activities are hands-on and cooperation based (no accountability pages to fill out)

The key is setting up the expectations for each task box, modeling how-to complete each task, how to properly use the materials, and allowing students to practice with guidance. This will take practice and time but so worth it!

Don’t be afraid to reteach and provide extra guidance for students that need it.
