Subtraction
Subtraction Art from Simply Kinder is a fun way to get kids manipulating subtraction.
Three Themes: Cookies, Ice Cream Sundaes, and Cars
With material provided you could make the following:
– Small group or center games. Work mats and pieces in full color. Print laminate and start creating subtraction problems.
– Indcepent work. Black and white copies of the above centers so student can recreate what they played in a center.
– Craft. Students create a piece of the above centers to create their own real manipulatives to create subtraction stories.
– Subtraction Pages. Subtraction pages that follow the themes listed. Can be used on own or as the problems for above activities. 3 pages per theme – one subtraction to 5 and the other 2 subtraction to 10. Use in the centers or for homework after playing the game.
