We’ve been working hard on our 3D shapes this month so I created these Free Printable 3D Shape Puzzles to help the kids practice in a fun way.
The students have mastered the 2D shapes and we’ve moved onto 3D shapes. We’ve learned all about where you can find them in the real world outside. To reinforce what we’ve learned, I created these 3D shape puzzles to give the students time to practice even more.
Print and cut out the puzzles. I suggest laminating so they can be played with over and over again. The students will lay out all of the puzzle pieces. They will choose one and find the correct match.
You can start off with just a couple shapes to review and build as they have learned more of the shapes. There are six 3D shapes included but if there are any that you do not teach just leave those out.
They’re perfect for center time or for early finishers. They fit perfectly in small photo boxes from Michael’s to store them, or even just in a sandwich baggie.
You can download the free puzzles below.
Hope you students have fun practicing with the puzzles!
