Did you know we also have Alphabet Writing Poems? Same concept but for letters!
➡️ Using poems to teach proper number formation is a super effective teaching strategy that has been around forever. These crafts will help students to really remember those poems (and have fun too!)
Included in this download is:
Fun poems for the numbers 0-9 to help the kids write the numbers correctly. Poems teach the kids the strokes to write the numbers and are memorable and fun. Images match the poems.
Each number (0-9) has it’s own craft that matches our Number Formation Poems (posters not included).
-
Each craft is 2 pages each – one giant number and then then cut and glue pages to go on it.
-
Students will cut, color, and glue the crafts together. (You can also copy on color paper if you want the numbers insolid colors).
-
Each craft has a color photo as a sample to show your students.
Sometimes Teachers Ask:
-
Is the 4 open or closed at the top? The four is open just like we teach them to write.
-
Does the 7 poem have heaven in it? No.
