Easy Sticker Christmas Gift Bags

December 2, 2018 By Carol Jones Leave a Comment

Can you believe that Christmas is almost here again? Doesn’t it go quick! With Christmas comes the stress of deciding which Christmas crafts to set up, gifts for children to make for families and Christmas centers to plan. These easy sticker Christmas gift bags are perfect for a Kinder class activity.

Easy Sticker Christmas Gift Bags

If you plan on making gifts for the children to take home at Christmas these sticker Christmas gift bags are a great way to send them home. They make lovely gifts for parents and family members. One of the reasons I like this craft so much is that it’s relatively independent, meaning you can use it for either a whole class activity or as a center activity while you work with the other groups.

What you need to make your sticker Christmas gift bags

Another reason I love this Christmas craft idea is that it doesn’t require too many supplies. I sometimes ask parents to donate some Christmas stickers or some gift bags for this activity.  Even if you only get a few donations, it makes the cost of this activity much less. If you have a generous parent community you will often find that all of your supplies are covered.

For this activity you will need:

  • Paper gift bags
  • Christmas Stickers – any kind will work, but we used a variety of foam stickers for this one

How to make your sticker Christmas gift bags

Set up your station with your gift bags and a selection of Christmas stickers. If you are having multiple groups complete this, it can be a good idea to split up the stickers so that one group doesn’t use them all up!

2. Have the children decorate their gift bags however they like.

Make sure they decorate all sides of the gift bag. If you’re feeling brave you could always put out the glitter for a nice finishing touch!
