These puzzles are helping reinforce our CVC words we’ve been learning. They’re perfect for early finishers, centers, or small groups. There are twelve puzzles and include the following word families

To Play
Print the puzzle pieces. Cut and laminate them so they can be used over and over again. Have the student mix all the puzzle pieces together and choose one. They will look for the correct match.
If the students are just learning their word families, just start with a couple they’ve learned and you can build from there.
As the students learn more word families, you can build upon what they’ve learned and add in the short a family puzzles along with the short e.
The puzzles fit nicely in small photo storage boxes from Michael’s or just in a plastic baggie.
