Teachers will have the kids sign their names at the bottom line or to the side.

And even better is that it is fully editable in Adobe Reader, a free download on the internet. You need to click to download the file. It will open up on your internet browser. From there you need to click File Save As. I would save it to your desktop and open it from there. (And make sure it opens in Adobe Reader if you want to edit it).
